Mahi Mahi (Coryphaena Hippurus) also known as common dolphinfish or dorado and belong to the family Coryphaenidae. Mahi Mahi is usually found in tropical and subtropical waters worldwide. Mahi Mah have a life span of upto 5 years and catches usually range between 15 to 30 lbs. Mahi Mahi has a mild and sweet flavor with moderately firm texture.
