Red Fish (Sebastes Spp) also known as Atlantic Red Fish, Ocean Perch belong to the subfamily Sebastinae and part of the Scorpanidae family. Red Fish are found in the Atlantic Ocean from Newfoundland to Norway and they grow in length normally between 30 to 55 cm and weights range between 100 to 1000 grams. Red Fish has a lot of Omega-3 fatty acids and contains high proteins with mild and sweet taste.
