Atlantic Cod (Gadus Morhua) is of the family Gadidae. They can grow upto 130 cm in length and 70 lbs approximately but mainly range around 5 lbs and 45 cm to 1 meter. Atlantic Cod are darker colored on their back and white underbellies, however, the color can vary based on locations. In terms of flavour, Atlantic Cod has mild flavourt with large flakes. The fish has a firm and tender texture.
