Chum Salmon (Oncorhynchus Keta) so known as Keta Salmon is a Pacific Wild Salmon found North Pacific coasts of Japan, Russia, Korea, Canada and USA. They can grow upto 110 cm in length and usually weight from 4 lbs to 15 lbs in average, however, the weights can reach upto 35 lbs. Chum Salmon has a firm texture with moderate oil content and mild flavor.
