Brown Crab (Cancer Pagurus) is a species of crab which is mostly found in North Sea and North Atlantic Sea. It is an important edible crab fishery in Europe. Average sizes caught by the crab fishery range from 400 to 1000 grams approximately, however, some crabs have grown to as much as 3 kg. It has a sweet taste and delicate texture.
