Snappers (Various Species, See below) are family of perciform fish and the family includes around 113 species. Snappers are found in tropical and subtropical regions of all oceans. Snappers can range between 60 to 90 cm and usually feed on crustaceans and other fishes. Depending on the species of Snapper, it has flaky texture and mild flavor.
