Chilean King Crab (Lithodes Santolla) also known as Centolla or Southern King Crab which are mostly found in Chile and around southern South America including the offshore Falkland Islands. The sizes of the Chilean King Crab ranges between 400 grams to over 2 kg. It has a sweet taste and tender texture.
