Capelin (Mallotus Villosus) is a small fish mainly found in the North Atlantic, North Pacific and Arctic oceans. Capelin fish is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. Fully grown females can range from 13-18 cm and males can go upto 30 cm in length. Capelin is rich in taste, resembling herring.
