Catfish (Clarias Fuscus) also known as Hong Kong Catfish or Chinese Catfish belongs to the family Clariidae. They can grow in lengths upto 40 cm and are usually found in China, Taiwan, Vietnam and Philippines. Quite popular in Asia owing to its good taste and texture.
