2014 Fish Season Starting now till June 2014

The season for Blue Whiting is starting now in Iceland. This year the quota allocated for Iceland is 190,000 MT. Majority of Blue Whiting is used for fish meal and only some quantities are processed HG and Frozen on Board to sell for human consumption. Vessels are now asking for customers quantities and target prices in order to start producing. Please note min order has to be over 500 MT as no vessel is interested to fish for small quantities. Each Trip for the vessel which last around 7-10 days brings in 400-500 MT. So please contact us to discuss your needs. We can take 5000-10,000 MT orders all subject to acceptance of prices. Size last year was 25cm+ and we expect the sizes to be around this range +/-.
